Preparation:
- Cook gnocchi according to the instructions on the package
- Fry the garlic in butter, add 200g of spinach and half a teaspoon of lemon juice and simmer in a covered pan for a few minutes at medium temperature
- Add 50 grams of gorgonzola (and a little parmesan if desired), salt, pepper, chives, thyme and 200 ml of cooking cream and cook until the sauce is combined
- Mix the sauce with the gnocchi and serve
