The fish restaurant FOŠA in the ramparts of the port of Foša in Zadar, built in the 16th century, is a combination of original Dalmatian and modern trends, both in architecture and interior design, as well as in gastronomy. The pleasant ambience of the restaurant has kept the elements of tradition, but with its modern decoration it says that it is developing in the spirit of the times and in accordance with the requirements of the modern guest. The menu of the Foša restaurant is also an example of a combination of traditional and modern.
