Feel your pulse!!! Bon Appetit, an already recognized pulsating must-try restaurant in Zadar. The menu of the restaurant is inspired by Dalmatian and Mediterranean tradition combined with a modern approach, following the world gastronomic trends. In addition to fresh fish, shellfish and crabs that can be tasted in the already cult Morska teča, and home-grown meat, Bon Appetit offers a top gastronomic experience of the author's dishes of chef Mario Arbanas. These certainly include poached blacksmith fillets stuffed with pistachios on a base of shredded sheep's cheese with a motor, and roasted duck breast with a sauce made from the reduction of red wine and maraschino juice, and with vegetable orzot. Along with handmade bread and pasta, the crown of this gastronomic philosophy are certainly the top desserts from the inexhaustible imagination of chef Arbanas.Services
